Meanwhile, Jiang Xiaobai rekindles his passion for music, filling in as a bassist for a struggling local band, a decision that stirs unspoken tension between them.

Tong Li's frustration grows as her creative block worsens, and she resents Jiang Xiaobai for pursuing his own dreams.
